Guidelines for judging the talks
Scientific content (max 25 points)
Is the introduction informative and appropriate in quality and quantity?
Is it clear what the aim of the project is?
Is the project innovative?
Is the methodology sound?
Are the conclusions supported by the results?
Overall visual impact (max 10 points)
Are the slides appropriate, ie proper font size, good layout of information, not overcrowded.
Verbal presentation (max 10 points)
Is the project clearly presented?
Is the presenter engaged in conveying the message during questions, ie showing interest, enthusiasm, answering questions, being able to convey complex ideas to experts and non-experts timely and precisely?
Has the presentation timing been kept?
Identification (max 5 points)
Is the title at appropriate length and to the point?
Are the authors’ names clearly identifiable (ie not just initials)?
Is there contact information available?
Have all authors and collaborators been acknowledged?

Guidelines for judging the posters
Scientific content (max 25 points)
Is the introduction informative and appropriate in quality and quantity?
Is it clear what the aim of the project is?
Is the project innovative?
Is the methodology sound?
Are the conclusions supported by the results?
Overall visual impact (max 10 points)
Is the poster easy to read, ie proper font size, enough ‘white space’, good layout of information, proper labelling of the figures and tables, good grammar, no spelling mistakes.
Verbal presentation (max 10 points)
Is the project clearly presented at the video recording?
Is the presenter engaged in conveying the message during questions, ie showing interest, enthusiasm, answering questions, being able to convey complex ideas to experts and non-experts timely and precisely during the breakout room session?
Identification (max 5 points)
Is the title at appropriate length and to the point?
Are the authors’ names clearly identifiable (ie not just initials)?
Is there contact information available?
